Revelers of the traditional Thai festival, Yi Peng, held on the full moon of the second month of the ancient Lanna Calender, release paper lanterns into the sky in Chiang Mai, Thailand on Monday, Nov. 22, 2010. The ancient capital of the former Lanna kingdom, where now both Loi Krathong and Yi Peng are celebrated at the same time, result in paper lanterns being lit and floral boats floating on the waters.
